What we build.
Six service lines, all of them things we have shipped to production more than once. If your problem does not fit any of them, say so anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team.
Point of sale & inventory
Retail and wholesale systems that keep selling when the internet drops, then sync when it returns.
We build POS software for pharmacies, footwear retailers, general stores and distributors. Stock moves through purchase, sale, return and expiry with a proper audit trail, and pricing follows FIFO so margins stay honest at the end of the month.
- Offline-capable desktop builds with cloud sync
- FIFO costing, batch and expiry tracking, reorder alerts
- Supplier and customer ledgers with running balances
- Thermal receipt and barcode printing
E-commerce & Shopify apps
Storefronts, seller portals and public Shopify apps — including billing, plans and merchant onboarding.
We have shipped a dropshipping platform used by sellers across the GCC and a published Shopify App Store listing. That covers the parts most teams underestimate: subscription billing, partner payouts, and multi-currency checkout with regional gateways.
- Shopify apps in Remix with the Billing API and Polaris
- Multi-vendor and dropshipping portals
- Stripe and regional gateway integration
- Order, fulfilment and payout workflows
School & LMS platforms
Student records, fee installments and online classes in one system instead of four disconnected ones.
Built for academies and schools that were running admissions on paper and fees on a spreadsheet. Fee structures support installments and partial payments, and recorded lectures are gated behind one-time tokens so paid content is not passed around.
- Student, group and subject management
- Fee structures, installments and payment records
- OTP-gated lecture playback and notes
- Online tests with reusable question sets
Internal portals & ERP
CRM, HR, project and construction systems that replace the shared Google Sheet everyone is afraid to edit.
Role-based portals where each team sees only what it needs. We map your existing process first, then build the system around it, rather than asking your team to change how they work to suit the software.
- Role and permission driven dashboards
- Approval chains and activity logging
- Construction, procurement and project tracking
- Reporting and exports your accountant will accept
Custom web applications
Laravel and Next.js products built to be handed over — documented, tested and readable.
Most of our work is bespoke: a workflow no off-the-shelf product covers. We write conventional framework code, not clever code, so the next developer can pick it up without a phone call to us.
- Laravel back ends with queues, jobs and scheduled tasks
- Next.js and React front ends
- REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Deployment, CI and server setup
Support & project rescue
Taking over half-finished builds, fixing what broke, and keeping shipped systems alive.
We regularly inherit codebases from developers who disappeared. The first step is an honest audit of what exists — sometimes the answer is that repairing it costs less than restarting, and sometimes it does not. We will tell you which.
- Codebase audits with a written verdict
- Legacy upgrades and security patching
- Performance and database tuning
- Retainer-based maintenance
The tools we standardise on
We keep the stack narrow deliberately. Mainstream, well-documented frameworks mean your system stays maintainable by any competent developer — including one who is not us.
- Laravel
- PHP
- Next.js
- React
- TypeScript
- Livewire
- MySQL
- Tailwind CSS
- Electron
- Remix
- Redis
- Shopify
Not sure which of these you need?
Describe the process that is currently costing you time. We will tell you what it would take to fix, and whether building software is even the right answer.
