Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services and products provided by Deixtra Private Limited ("Deixtra", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services include web development, app development, graphic design, custom software solutions, digital marketing, and digital products such as POS systems, dropshipping solutions, and school management systems.

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must provide accurate information and cooperate fully with us during project execution.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if you violate these Terms.
• Prohibited uses include any illegal activities, unauthorized access, or interference with our systems.

• All intellectual property rights in our services, products, and deliverables remain with Deixtra until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes.
• You retain ownership of any pre-existing materials you provide to us, but grant us a license to use them for project completion.
• You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute our deliverables without prior written consent.

• All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
• Late payments may incur a fixed penalty of PKR 5,000 and could result in service suspension.
• Prices for services and products are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement.

• Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
• This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.
• Exceptions include information required by law or already in the public domain.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deixtra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product.
• We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• You assume all risks associated with the use of deliverables in your business operations.

• Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach with 30 days' written notice if the breach is not cured.
• We may terminate immediately for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to that point.
• Post-termination, access to services and support will cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Deixtra Private Limited is registered. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Deixtra reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be communicated to clients and updated on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current terms are effective as of May 2025.
